Doron Goldstein, Withers Worldwide

Doron Goldstein is a partner and Americas head of the Data Innovation, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice at Withers. He was recently named the "Client Choice" for Data in New York by Lexology.

Doron helps clients—from startups to multinationals—navigate complex and sometimes daunting challenges involving data management, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data security, and information technology. A former software developer and network administrator, he has been recognized as a "Cybersecurity Trailblazer" by the National Law Journal, "Thought Leader" in Data/Information Technology by Lexology, and "Client Service All-Star" by BTI Consulting. He also served previously as Deputy General Counsel and Privacy Officer of an AmLaw 100 international law firm.

 

 

Bryan Antepara, eMazzanti

Bryan Antepara is a Service Delivery Lead at eMazzanti Technologies in Hoboken, focused on delivering reliable IT operations and an excellent customer experience. He specializes in Microsoft 365 cloud solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and the Modern Work Microsoft Office suite along end-to-end service delivery.
With strong program/project management experience and a “solve it no matter what” mindset, He is passionate about using automation and AI readiness to elevate support outcomes and business value.

Julie J. Colgan, CRM, IGP, FAI


Julie, a certified Records Manager (CRM) and certified Information Governance Professional (IGP), has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations identify, understand, and manage the risks and capture the opportunities inherent in their information assets. Julie’s career spans both public and private organizations, as a practitioner, consultant, and executive. At Epiq, Julie is responsible for helping Epiq build and evolve solutions that address the pressing business and technology challenges its clients face. Prior to Epiq, Julie was Vice President of Information Governance at Nuix, a software company based in Sydney, Australia where she was responsible for market and product strategy for Nuix’s Information Governance-focused capabilities. Julie is an internationally recognized subject matter expert on Records Management and Information Governance, regularly writing and speaking on a variety of governance topics. She is a member of several industry associations as well as a Member of the Company of Fellows, and past president and chair of ARMA International, the premier professional association for the information management profession.

 

Jennifer Crawford, Access

Jennifer Crawford is Director of Solution Engineering at Access, specializing in Voice of the Customer and SaaS strategy. With leadership experience at Bank of America, Iron Mountain, Gartner, Las Vegas Sands Corp, and Wells Fargo, she is a recognized thought leader in information governance and customer experience. Jennifer holds an MBA from California State University and certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Records Manager, and Certified Information Privacy Manager.

Glenn Fisher, Mayer Brown

Glenn Fischer is the Global Director of Information Governance at Mayer Brown, where he leads the firm’s global Information Governance Program across all offices. With over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, Fischer is responsible for setting the strategic direction of IG, overseeing global policy development, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security regulations.

At Mayer Brown, he has built and scaled a modern IG program from the ground up - integrating records management, leading change management efforts, and aligning IG with the firm’s risk, compliance, and innovation priorities. He leads a growing global team, develops firmwide training and education programs, implements technology solutions, and partners with stakeholders across IT, legal risk, KM, and operations to strengthen the firm’s data governance posture.

Fischer is IGP-certified and a former board member and past President of ARMA’s Metro NYC–Long Island Chapter. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex governance challenges into practical, business-aligned strategies that deliver long-term value.

Susan Gleason, Withers Worldwide
Susan is the Head of  Information Governance for Withers Bergman LLP.  She transitioned her career path from working with Autistic Adults to Litigation to Information Governance. Although very different fields, they all relate to creating order and structure in an unorganized world. She is an active member of AIIM and  ARMA International, serving on the Chapter Advisory Counsel and as a Coordinator for the Legal Industry Group. Susan has her M.S. in Technology Management from Brandeis University and holds certifications as a CIP, CRM/CIGO and IGP.
John Isaza, Lexshift LLC
John Isaza is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Lexshift, LLC, featuring the mosaIQ suite of products for retention schedule management and auto-classification of records. He is also founder of Isaza Law, a boutique law firm focusing on records and information management, information governance, privacy and AI. Prior to forming this law firm, John was a Partner at Rimon Law, where he headed the Privacy, Records and Information Governance practice from his office in Boston. He is the co-founder of Information Governance Solutions (IGS) featuring Virgo™, a cloud-based software for records information management and global research, sold to Access Corp in January of 2020. Mr. Isaza is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of privacy and information governance. He has developed global privacy, information governance and records retention programs for some of the most highly regulated Global 1000 companies. He is co-author of 7 Reasonable Steps for Legal Holds, 7 Steps for Legal Holds of ESI & Other Documents, a contributing author to the ABA’s Internet Law for the Business Lawyer, 2nd Edition, as well as Editor-in-Chief and co-author of Handbook on Global Social Media Law for Business Lawyers. Mr. Isaza is past co-Chair of the American Bar’s Social Media Subcommittee as well as the Consumer Privacy and Data Analytics Subcommittee, past Chair of the IGP Certification Board, and a Fellow of ARMA International.
Carl Mazzanti, eMazzanti
Carl Mazzanti, CISSP, is the Co-Founder and President of eMazzanti Technologies, a leading IT consulting firm serving 500+ clients across the New York metropolitan area and internationally. The company specializes in Outsourced IT Support, Cloud Migrations, and Cybersecurity.
A Georgetown University graduate with a triple major in Finance, New & Small Business Management, and International Business, Carl is known for assembling worldclass teams to solve complex records management and other business challenges. Speaking at conferences and attending industry events, he connects with more than 10,000 people annually. Family focused and deeply loyal, he views every partnership as long-term and more meaningful than a transaction.

Matt McClelland, Sr. Managing Director

Mr. McClelland brings more than two decades of experience in data and information governance, intelligent information management, and analytics. He has built and scaled sophisticated information and data governance programs for global organizations and managed hundreds of information management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.
As a leader in information governance and data management, Mr. McClelland has a proven track record of delivering enterprise programs across the healthcare, insurance, telecom, manufacturing, and retail sectors. He has significant expertise in defining, implementing, and scaling enterprise information models, architectures, and taxonomies, while driving global compliance and executing large-scale data minimization and records modernization. He focuses on developing programs grounded in practical solutions that translate strong information governance into measurable business results.
Mr. McClelland frequently advises clients on operating model design, policy and retention schedule development, change management, and technology enablement. Prior to his career in consulting, he served in director and management roles leading internal information and data governance programs within the insurance industry. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing privacy compliance, records management, analytics, and e-discovery, while implementing comprehensive training and awareness programs to drive organizational alignment.
Mr. McClelland holds certifications from the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA and Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM). He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in economics from the University of Virginia.


Kristi Robison, Founder and CEO of Paintrock Consulting Services, LLC 

Kristi Robison, IGP is the founder of Paintrock Consulting Services, a Microsoft Partner providing strategic advisory services focused on information governance, AI adoption, and enterprise technology strategy. She also serves as a trusted advisor to Morae Global, supporting complex client engagements across information and data governance, strategic alignment, and technology transformation.

 

 

Michael Schweitzer, CEO, Founder & Principal Consultant


Michael Schweitzer is CEO and Principal Consultant at Gravity Union, which he founded in 2016. He brings over two decades of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ECM and records management experience and has led over 100 enterprise projects across Canada. Michael received the first Collabware MVP designation and created the Seven Pillars of ECM philosophy. In 2017 he was a finalist for Information Governance Expert of the Year at the Information Governance Conference. He speaks regularly at ARMA Canada and SharePoint Saturday and serves on the Vancouver Office 365 User Group board. 


Joe Shepley, Triad Executive Consulting

Joe Shepley is a Senior Director with Triad Executive Advisors in Chicago and leads their Governance and Advisory Practice (Compass). He specializes in information governance, including data privacy and AI Governance. With 25 years of experience, Joe has helped Fortune 1000 organizations build, operationalize, or modernize their information governance programs, evolve their records management capabilities, execute large-scale data cleanup efforts, stand up AI Governance programs, and revamp their policies, procedures, and other controls to support effective information governance—particularly in meeting the retention and disposal requirements of U.S. and global regulations, such as California’s CPRA, the GDPR in the E.U., HIPAA, and NYDFS 500.13.
Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in English, religious studies and philosophy from Connecticut College and a master’s degree and a PhD in the history of Christianity from the University of Chicago. He is an AI Governance Professional (AIGP); a Certified Information Privacy Professional U.S. (CIPP/US); an Advisor for the Health Sector Coordinating Council Joint Working Group on Cyber; on the planning committee of the Western Energy Institute; and a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on AI and the Law.

 

James Sherer, Baker Hostetler

James A. Sherer is a Partner in the New York office of BakerHostetler, where he co-leads the Emerging Technology Team for the Digital Assets and Data Management Group while directing Information Governance, Data Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence engagements.  James holds an MBA, the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, and PLS data privacy professional credentials, the AIGP AI credential, the CIP and IGP information governance designations, the UCLA Extension Global Cyber Institute’s Cybersecurity Certification, and the CEDS and eDPC eDiscovery specialist credentials.  James is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and serves as a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Groups One, Six, and Eleven, the IEEE Organizational Governance of AI Working Group, and as IAPP AIGP faculty.


Mary Sherwin, White & Case 

Mary Sherwin is a seasoned professional in Records Management, Information Governance, and Privacy, with over 20 years of experience across diverse domestic and international environments including international organizations, media, and financial services. Her extensive background also encompasses years of expertise in information technology. Mary is a Fellow of ARMA International (FAI) and a former president of ARMA Metro NYC, showcasing her leadership and commitment to advancing industry standards.

 


David Smythe 

David, a certified Information Governance Professional (IGP), has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations identify, understand, and manage the risks and business opportunities regarding their information and data assets. David’s career spans both public and private organizations across many industries including law firms and financial services as a practitioner, consultant, and executive. 

At Epiq, David is responsible for helping clients build and implement solutions that address pressing business and technology challenges regarding information and data governance. Prior to Epiq, David was Principal Advisor of Information Governance working on strategic deals and partner alliances, responsible for client engagement and business development for information governance and data-focused capabilities. David is a recognized subject matter expert on Records Management and Information Governance, regularly writing and speaking on various governance, emerging data and information management topics. He is a member of several industry associations, has held leadership positions in data management and protection teams, and achieved numerous certifications and certificates in technology and data governance.

 

Julian Stapleford, AGC VP

Julian is an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President in the Technology Legal Section focused on Information Governance at Wells Fargo Bank.  He is responsible for providing legal counsel to the Information Management Office which manages the records retention program for the bank and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries and affiliates.  He started his career in New York at White & Case and has spent over 20 years as a banking and securities regulation lawyer at Wells Fargo and the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation.  His responsibilities include interpretation and application of various regulatory requirements to the records creation and management program for both the regulated and non-regulated entities of Wells Fargo Bank globally.  Additionally, as a privacy attorney, he brings his knowledge of various privacy regimes into his thought process when providing counsel to the enterprise.  Julian holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD from The Boston University School of Law.

 

Martin Tully, Redgrave LLP

Martin T. Tully, a Partner at Redgrave LLP, has extensive experience handling complex Information Law issues, including eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters. With over three decades of experience, he has represented companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation, serving as lead counsel in federal and state court jury and bench trials and arbitrations.
