Lauren Barnes
Prior to joining S&P Global as Director of Information Governance, Lauren served as Vice President for Records & Information Management at Credit Suisse and previous to that, held similar roles at Lehman Brothers and American Express. Lauren has also consulted for a broad-range of companies such a manufacturing companies, government agencies and law firms providing program gap analysis, strategy roadmaps, policy development and process improvement. From 2008 to 2020, Lauren taught at Queens College (CUNY) for the Graduate School Library and Information Studies as an Adjunct Professor. Lauren holds a BFA in theatrical design from New York University and an MLIS from Long Island University, with Certificate in (Historical) Archival Management. She is a lifetime member of Beta Phi Mu, the International Library and Information Studies Honor Society, and became a Certified Records Manager.


Dr. Galina Datskovsky, CRM, FAI
Galina and serial entrepreneur is an internationally recognized information governance, privacy, compliance, security and artificial intelligence expert. Galina is currently the CEO of Vaporstream, Inc. She previously held the position of SVP of Information Governance at Autonomy/HP and was General Manager of the Information Governance Business Unit and SVP of Architecture while at CA Technologies. She joined CA in 2006 with the acquisition of MDY Group International, where she was founder and CEO. Galina served as Chair, President, President Elect and Director of ARMA International (2007-2013) and has been widely published in academic journals, speaking for industry organizations worldwide. She was named a Top 25 Women in Cybersecurity of 2019 by Cyber Defense Magazine, designated a Distinguished Engineer at CA (2006-10), received the prestigious Emmet Leahy award (2013) and named a Fellow of ARMA International (2014). She earned her doctoral, masters’ and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University.
  Grace Edmonds
Grace is a mindfulness teacher with over a decade of training in mindfulness practice. She has a passion for training teams and individuals to develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and overall wellbeing. Grace has facilitated mindfulness programs for multinational companies and organizations whose focus range from tech and accounting/consulting to top-tier universities and non-profit boards. She is passionate about working with leaders to effectively improve their team and organization’s collaboration, cohesion, and resilience. Much of this is accomplished by integrating the qualities of mindfulness and emotional intelligence into the company culture. Grace hopes to develop wise and compassionate leaders from the ground up who will change the fabric of their organizations, families, communities, and the greater world.

Grace earned a BA from the University of Colorado and has extensive training and experience as a yoga and meditation teacher. She successfully completed studies with the Mindfulness Training Institute and is a certified teacher for Search Inside Yourself, a mindfulness and emotional intelligence program developed at Google with top neuroscientists, business leaders, and mindfulness teachers. She attributes much of her passion and experiential knowledge to her time spent living and volunteering in India and Nepal, where she learned to practice humility and strengthened her resolve for helping others be healthy and happy.
Roger A. Grimes, CPA, CISSP, CEH, MCSE, CISA, CISM, CNE, yada, yada
Roger is the author of 13 books and over 1100 national magazine articles on computer security, specializing in host security and preventing hacker and malware attacks. Roger is a frequent speaker at national computer security conferences and was the weekly security columnist at InfoWorld and CSO magazines between 2005 - 2019. He has worked at some of the world’s largest computer security companies, including, Foundstone, McAfee, and Microsoft. Roger is frequently interviewed and quoted in the media including Newsweek, CNN, NPR, and WSJ. His presentations are fast-paced and filled with useful facts and recommendations.
Ron Hedges
Ronald is a Senior Counsel with Dentons US LLP. He served as a United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey for over 20 years. Ron speaks and writes on a variety of topics, many of which are related to electronic information, including procedural and substantive criminal law, information governance, litigation management, and integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain and telemedicine into existing information governance policies and procedures. Among other things, Ron is the co-chair of the Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation. He is the lead author of a guide for federal judges on electronically stored information. Ron is also the co-senior editor of The Sedona Conference Cooperation Proclamation, Resources for the Judiciary, Third Edition (June 2020). Richard Hogg
Richard is the Global Information Governance Director at White and Case LLP is responsible for global information governance across all of the Firm’s offices and functions including records management, privacy and ediscovery. His mission is to help keep the Firm compliant and reduce the friction in finding, using and keeping the right information, in the right way, for the right time.
Samantha Lofton Moss, IGP
Samantha Lofton Moss is the chief risk, information governance and legal project management officer at Ice Miller LLP. She is responsible for the Firm's information governance program and relevant staff. She oversees information asset issues relating to risk management: compliance/privacy/IT security; practice support; litigation support/electronic data discovery; knowledge/library services; records/information management; retention; docketing; new business intake/conflicts; imaging and electronically stored information initiatives and best practices. Samantha has been charged with building the Firms new Legal Project Management Office focusing on client service, legal operations and profitability.

Samantha is a former ARMA International board of director and Frankfort/Bluegrass ARMA past president. Samantha is currently a member of the Law Firm Information Governance Symposium (LFIGS) steering committee. Samantha holds a BA in Management and Decision Science & Information systems from the University of Kentucky. She is a certified Information Governance Professional (IGP) and industry contributing writer/ speaker.
Val Mack
Val is a web3 software engineer building peer to peer infrastructure at a startup called 3Box Labs. She joined the cryptotech space in 2017 and dedicates her free time to educating web2 developers with a program called Bloom that is specifically for women, genderqueer, and non-binary individuals.
John Mancini
John was the long-time President of AIIM. He is President of Content Results and is the author of Immigrant Secrets. He is a frequent industry keynoter, advisor to companies on their go-to-market strategies, and industry evangelist for MERConference.com and Infotechtion.com. He is a regular columnist for CMSWire.com and blogs at MERMerlin.com, and a member of the ERM Advisory Council at the General Services Administration.
Kristi Robison
As an independent IT consultant with Paintrock Consulting Services and Morae Global, Kristi has more than 20 years of experience as an information technology consultant leading diverse global project teams with a consistent focus on maximizing collaboration and efficiency, and develops data transformation strategies with an emphasis on governance, sustainability, and information lifecycle management.
Bill Saffady
William Saffady is a records management consultant, researcher, and author based in New York City. His latest books are Managing Information Risks, which was published by Rowman & Littlefield in 2020, and the fourth edition of Records and Information Management: Fundamentals of Professional Practice, which will be published by Rowman & Littlefield in the Spring of 2021. He is currently completing a research report on global requirements for personnel records, which will be published by the ARMA International Educational Foundation in 2021. As a consultant, Dr. Saffady provides a variety of analytical services, including developing strategic plans and governance models for records management programs, conducting needs assessments and gap analysis for recordkeeping systems, preparing record retention policies and schedules, performing domestic and international legal research for record retention, developing technical specifications for procurement of records management products and services, and preparing cost calculations and justifications for specific records management projects.

Greg Smith, VP Service Delivery, Messaging Architects
Greg has been involved in information governance, data transformation and eDiscovery for the past 15 years. He has been helping customers navigate various regulatory and legal obstacles such as GDPR and advising customers on best practices in retention and information management. As VP of Service Delivery, he is scoping, planning, and managing migrations, providing solutions and project management as well as conducting training for companies of all sizes across North America.

David Smythe
David Smythe is a Principal Advisor in Global Strategic Accounts at Iron Mountain. In his current role, he advises clients on information governance capabilities, processes, policies, and innovative solutions that leverage next-generation tools and partnerships. He has over 20 years of financial and broader industry experience in the development of global information governance programs, eDiscovery, data protection and banking support functions. Prior positions involved strategic planning, program development and operations normalization for structured data preservation and eDiscovery. Related efforts included data retention, defensible disposition, data mapping, workflow automation and application decommissioning. Previous work efforts have yielded enhanced control and process efficiencies along with substantial cost reduction. His education includes a BA in Economics and MBA in Finance.
Ann Snyder
Ann K. Snyder, founder and Principal at IG Standard, LLC, is an Information Governance (IG) thought leader, researcher, writer, and speaker. Her experience includes data remediation; data mining/analytics; e-discovery; IG process building/improvements; IG technologies; IG program maturity assessment/gap analysis; long-term digital preservation; and IG program training. She is also an experienced litigator whose practice has included catastrophic personal injury cases, contract disputes, First Amendment/free speech advocacy, as well as large scale, complex litigation in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, and products liability litigation.
Gene Stakhov
Eugene (Gene) Stakhov is a senior Information Architect at enChoice, Inc., with a technical background in software development. During his consulting-focused career, Gene has provided clients with expert guidance on matters ranging from enterprise taxonomy development to technical system implementation solutions in the Banking/Finance, Insurance, Healthcare and Utilities sectors. His work includes implementing a highly visible, complex email and electronic records management initiative to address the regulatory compliance challenges of a large utilities company. This solution won the IBM Innovation in Technology Award.

Gene has been an ARMA member since 2005 and a perennial leader of the Metropolitan New York City-Long Island Chapter. Along the way, he’s been recognized for his contributions on numerous occasions, including being honored with the Chapter Leader of the Year (2019-2020), Honored Member of the Year (2020-2021), and ARMA International’s Member of the Year (2019-2020) awards.
Sue Trombley
Sue Trombley, MLIS, FAI, is Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain. Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Information Management Consulting group for 10 years managing a team of subject matter experts and running large engagements. She now conducts research to share with the Information Management community at large by hosting webinars, blogging and speaking at association events. She sits on the University of Texas at Austin School of Information Advisory Council, is a past AIIM Board member and is a past ARMA regional advisor and past-president of its Boston Chapter. She is ARMA Fellow #51.

Cindy Shea-Zuvich, CRM, CIP
Cindy Shea-Zuvich has worked as a consultant and independent contractor in information governance and records management for nearly 25 years. She has developed and managed numerous programs and variety of projects in diverse industries from small, mid-size, to Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise range from assessments and gap analysis, strategies, roadmaps, and writing program playbooks. She is experienced in developing policies and processes, records retention schedules, lifecycle management, change management, risk and other aspects of program development and management.
