Should Your Company Certify Under The EU-US Privacy Shield?

Why should the US companies care about Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?  Burke explains which companies should care and which should not, and offers a practical overview of what is involed in certifying under the US Department of Commerce's EU-US Privacy Shield Program to demonstrate compliance with GDPR.

Presented by Patrick Burke, Chair of Data Technology & Cybersecurity Practice, Phillips Nizer LLP
