    Corporate Archives as a Business Asset (1hour, 1 credit)

    It is an open discussion on how to realize universally recognized measures of business value from the archives with specific examples in the categories of activating spaces, messaging brand, driving narrative, and nurturing desired behaviors.

    Richard is an experienced senior executive and Corporate Culture and Engagement Strategist with a specific focus on the design and implementation of integrated GRC programs based on the Culture of Compliance, Information Governance, Privacy Regulation, and the generational transfer of Enterprise Knowledge.  In collaboration with peers and clients, Richard is currently working on the development of predictive key risk indicators that can reliably identify, quantify, and index risky behaviors within an organization, among its industry peers, and across related sectors.
