For more than forty years the Paley Center of Media (formerly known as The Museum of Television & Radio) has been leading the discussion about the cultural, creative, and social significance of television, radio, and the emerging platforms. The core of the Paley Center is its collection of over 160,000 programs, which the non-profit institution makes accessible to the professional community and general public. As we go behind the scenes, we will learn how the Paley Center cares for this unique collection with insights on how the programs are selected, technically preserved, and catalogued.
