    Presented by Dan McKnight.  Dan is a Program Manager for Iron Mountain Consulting. Dan has more than 35 years of consulting and operations management experience that includes records and information management, compliance, business process management, document custody, customer service, and corporate administrative services. Prior to joining Iron Mountain most of Dan’s experience was in financial services. Having held senior positions in both customer-facing and internal service operations, Dan has deep skills in leveraging technology to redesign business processes in order to improve efficiency, lower costs, and enable enhanced customer experiences.

    Representative Engagements

    • For one of the largest manufactures of laundry products in North America, conducted an assessment of the Records and Information Management program and developed recommendations and a roadmap for program enhancements. For the same client, developed a new Records Retention Schedule for their operations in the US and Canada.
    • Led three separate engagements for a large US based bank: An update to the Records Retention Schedule, incorporating legal requirements for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany; Process Improvement analysis for paper reduction at bank branches; Evaluation of Imaging operations.
    • Development of a Records and Information Management Program for the US operations of a global electronics-engineering firm. The engagement included the development of a new Records Retention Schedule, Records and Information Management policy, and training od enterprise Records Coordinators
