Programs

    The ARMA MetroNYC Chapter strives to provide continuing educational and professional development opportunities for our members. Our goals are to:

    • Provide educational opportunities to the membership at large by promoting advancements in the field of records and information management and all related fields.
     
    • Fund research projects, share professional knowledge and techniques using a series of innovative programs including Evening Chapter Meetings, ARMA@Noon, an inexpensive, 90-minute "Poster-type" session, annual ALL-DAY Conference style event, networking events, where members and nonmembers share and exchange experiences and information related to the field of records and information management.
     
    • Develop and advance standards of professional competence in the field of records and information management.
     
    • Provide classroom training sessions for the Certified Records Manager program.

    ASPIRE

    CRM Scholarship Fund

    The Board of the ARMA Metro NYC Chapter offers a scholarship to ARMA Metro NYC Chapter members who have completed the CRM exam. For more information click here

    CRM Training

    Mentorship Program

    The Chapter Mentorship Program pairs mentors and protégés based on availability and interest to further the professional development of protégés. For more information click here.
